Michael is ieso’s Chief Financial Officer overseeing our financial strategy from planning and KPI development, to acquisitions and fundraising. He brings more than three decades of senior financial experience to ieso, including 15 years as a tech company CFO.

As CFO for Cambridge Display Technology, he was involved in private financing rounds and completed an IPO of the company on NASDAQ. He was instrumental in setting up a joint venture between CDT and Sumitomo Chemical of Japan, which it subsequently sold to for $283 million.

As CFO of Alertme.com Ltd, he raised new private funding, including a strategic funding round from British Gas. This paved the way for Alert me to become part of British Gas and form the basis of the British Gas Hive Auto home automation system.
