ieso have partnered with the NHS for over a decade to provide online typed therapy

Treating tens of thousands of NHS patients with common mental health problems every year, our high recovery rates are driven by our robust clinical model, research and improving the precision of our assessment and treatment.

ieso believe in a world where everyone has access to effective mental healthcare, at the time they need it

In 2022, we introduced a new NHS research partnership model to support research studies alongside our therapy service. The results of these studies will help to develop fully scalable, evidence-based and highly-personalised digital therapeutic products.

Partnering with a fully managed service

ieso is currently available in over half of the ICSs in England, and nationwide across Scotland. We provide a fully managed online, typed, therapist-delivered cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) service, supported by AI tools to treat Step 2, Step 3 and Step 3+ patients, via NHS Talking Therapies or self-referral.
