At part of Mental Health Awareness Week, the Evening Standard published the best therapy tools for people to take care of their mental health at home. ieso appears as an online provider of CBT typed talking therapy, supported by the NHS, which is proven to be effective at treating anxiety, stress, and depression at home.

Typed conversations remove some of the pressures associated with face-to-face conversations and people have said they found it “less daunting and easier to be open”.
