What is the ieso mental well-being program?
The ieso program is a digital wellness program accessed via a smartphone application (or “app”). It is intended to encourage psychological flexibility in adults which, as part of a healthy lifestyle, may help living well with anxiety, stress, or worry.

What evidence is there that this program could help me?
In a UK clinical trial with people with mild, moderate, or severe anxiety, over 50% of people experienced a reduction in symptoms within two weeks, on average. In the same trial, 82% of people who used the program for up to nine weeks showed a clinically meaningful decrease in anxiety symptoms. Read about our research here.
How will ieso protect my data?
We prioritize your privacy, using encryption and established security standards to protect your data, which we never sell to third parties. We collect only essential data for service delivery and research, limiting access on a need-to-know basis. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

Our scientists analyze de-identified data from program participants to improve our programs and develop new solutions. This approach helps us enhance our services and ultimately benefits others facing similar challenges.
