The app features bite-sized, clinician-designed AI sessions you complete at your own pace. Progress unlocks new interactive activities and guidance from your AI digital guide. Schedule your next session and get reminders from the app to stay on track.

Member support when you need it

Our friendly ieso Support team will send you emails to check in with you and keep you motivated as you move through the program. And they’re available to help with any questions you may have.

What is the ieso mental well-being program?

The ieso mental well-being program is accessed via a smartphone application (or “app”). It is intended to encourage psychological flexibility in adults which, as part of a healthy lifestyle, may help living well with anxiety, stress, or worry.

What evidence is there that this program could help me?

In a UK clinical trial with people with mild, moderate, or severe anxiety, on average over 50% of people experienced a reduction in symptoms within two weeks. In the same trial, 82% of people who used the program for up to nine weeks showed a clinically meaningful decrease in anxiety symptoms. Read about our research here.
